Zyun Hiroe-Palmero, owner and operator of ZHP Remodeling has built his career in construction services. His journey to becoming a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor started almost 20 years ago in Albuquerque, NM. Zyun started as a handyman doing basic carpentry and painting work and quickly increased his experience and responsibilities in all general maintenance for residential, commercial, and multi-housing apartment homes.  
 

Here at ZHP Remodeling, Zyun has every piece of your project handled. He oversees the project planning and coordination, budget, and schedule. Zyun is also proficient at managing personnel, managing client expectations, dealing with emergencies, acquiring needed construction permits, and ensuring every part of the build is up to code so you can rest assured your project is in good hands.  
 

Zyun has hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, drywall, texture, paint, framing, decking, roofing, siding, masonry fencing, remodeling, interior and exterior work, building skills, and all general construction needed for a project. 
 

In addition to being a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor, Zyun has the Universal EPA License, Pool Operator CPO, and OSHA General Safety & Health Certificate. Zyun also obtained the National Certificate for Apartment Maintenance (CAMT).
